Kısaca
Kit hesap açmanı gerektirmez, reklam göstermez ve seni takip etmez. Taradığın kodlar, kartların ve ayarların iPhone'unda (varsa Apple Watch'unda) kalır. Verilerin satılmaz, kimseyle paylaşılmaz.
Cihazında kalan veriler
Aşağıdakiler yalnızca cihazında, uygulamanın kendi deposunda saklanır. Geliştirici dahil kimse bunlara erişemez:

İnternete giden tek şeyler
Kit çoğu işi internete çıkmadan yapar. Şu durumlarda bir sunucuya istek gider; hiçbirinde adın, hesabın ya da cihaz kimliğin gönderilmez:
- Ürün barkodu taradığında barkod numarası, ürün bilgisini getirmek için açık veritabanlarına sorulur: Open Food Facts, Open Beauty Facts, Open Products Facts.
- Kitap barkodu (ISBN) taradığında ISBN numarası Open Library'ye, bulunamazsa Google Books'a sorulur.
- Restoran menüsü gibi görünen bir bağlantı taradığında, kaydı restoranın adıyla adlandırmak için o sayfanın başlığı okunur.
- Kısaltılmış bir bağlantı taradığında, asıl nereye gittiğini göstermek için kısaltma servisine sorulur.
Bu servisler isteği yapan IP adresini kendi politikalarına göre görebilir. Kit bu istekleri kaydetmez.
Kamera ve fotoğraflar
Kamera yalnızca tarama ya da kart ekleme ekranını açtığında çalışır. Kod ve kart numarası okuma tamamen cihazında yapılır. Kartın fotoğrafını çektiğinde fotoğraf yalnızca o kartla birlikte saklanır, hiçbir yere yüklenmez. Fotoğraf kitaplığına erişim yalnızca bir görselden okumak istediğinde sorulur.
Apple Watch
Saatte göstermek için işaretlediğin kartlar ve kodlar, Apple'ın cihazlar arası bağlantısıyla doğrudan iPhone'undan saatine gönderilir.
Satın almalar
Kit Pro ve destek ödemeleri tamamen Apple üzerinden yapılır. Kart bilgilerin uygulamaya hiç uğramaz; uygulama yalnızca satın almanın geçerli olup olmadığını öğrenir.

Çocuklar
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Hakların
Verilerin cihazında olduğu için silme ve dışa aktarma sende: kayıtları uygulama içinden silebilir, geçmişi CSV olarak dışa aktarabilir ya da uygulamayı kaldırabilirsin. KVKK veya GDPR kapsamında bir talebin olursa aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsin.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse bu sayfa ve yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir. Toplanan veri kapsamı genişlerse, o sürüm yayınlanmadan önce hem bu sayfa hem App Store gizlilik beyanı güncellenir.

In short
Kit needs no account, shows no ads and does not track you. Your scans, cards and settings stay on your iPhone (and Apple Watch, if you use one). Your data is never sold or shared.
Data that stays on your device
The following is stored only on your device, in the app's own storage. Nobody, including the developer, can reach it:
- The codes you create and scan, their designs and history
- Your loyalty cards: name, number, note and the front and back photos you take
- Your app settings
If iCloud sync is on, these records are also kept in Apple's private database in your own iCloud account. Only you can access it; the developer cannot. Deleting the app deletes the data on the device.
The only things that go online
Kit does most of its work offline. A request goes to a server only in these cases, and none of them sends your name, account or device identifier:
- Product barcodes: the barcode number is looked up in open databases to show product information: Open Food Facts, Open Beauty Facts, Open Products Facts.
- Book barcodes (ISBN): the ISBN is looked up in Open Library, and in Google Books if Open Library has no record.
- Restaurant menu links: the page title is read so the saved entry can carry the restaurant's name.
- Shortened links: the shortening service is asked where the link really leads, so Kit can show you before you open it.
These services may see the requesting IP address under their own policies. Kit does not log these requests.
Camera and photos
The camera runs only while the scanner or the add card screen is open. Reading codes and card numbers happens entirely on your device. A card photo you take is stored only with that card and is never uploaded. Photo library access is requested only when you choose to read from an image.
Apple Watch
Cards and codes you mark for the Watch are sent directly from your iPhone to your Watch over Apple's device connection.
Purchases
Kit Pro and support payments are handled entirely by Apple. Your card details never pass through the app; the app only learns whether a purchase is valid.
What the app never does
- Sell or rent your data
- Share it with advertisers or data brokers
- Ask for your name, email or phone number
- Track your location
- Use analytics or tracking tools
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Your rights
Because your data lives on your device, deletion and export are in your hands: delete records inside the app, export your history as CSV, or remove the app. If you have a request under GDPR or Turkish KVKK, write to the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page and the date above are updated. If the scope of collected data ever widens, both this page and the App Store privacy declaration are updated before that version ships.
