Kısaca
Nika, Bam Studio tarafından geliştirilen bir düğün planlama uygulamasıdır. Planın, bütçen ve davetli listen bir hesapla eşleşir ve partnerinle ortak kullanılabilsin diye sunucuda saklanır. Bu verileri yalnızca düğün alanının üyeleri görür. Reklam yoktur, verilerin satılmaz, üçüncü taraf takip ya da reklam SDK'sı kullanılmaz.
Hesap
- Apple ile giriş: Apple'ın verdiği anonim kullanıcı kimliğini ve paylaşmayı seçersen adını saklarız.
- Google ile giriş (Android): Google hesap kimliğini, adını ve e-posta adresini saklarız.
- E-posta ve şifre: E-posta adresini ve şifrenin geri döndürülemez bir özetini saklarız. Şifrenin kendisi saklanmaz.
Hesap açmadan da uygulamayı yalnızca bu cihazda kullanabilirsin; o durumda planın sunucuya gönderilmez.
Düğün alanı
Uygulamaya girdiğin görevler, program, bütçe ve ödemeler, davetli listesi (isimler, hane ve grup bilgisi, beslenme notları), katılım cevapları, masa planı, şarkı listesi, takı ve hediye kayıtları, davetiye tasarımları ve albümlere yüklenen fotoğraf ve videolar saklanır.
Kim neyi görür
- Düğün alanındaki verileri yalnızca o alanın üyeleri görür: çift ve çiftin eklediği yardımcılar. Yardımcılar yalnızca çiftin izin verdiği bölümleri görür. Bütçe ve takı defteri ayrı izin ister.
- Misafirler yalnızca çiftin yayınladığı davetiye, program ve kendi masası gibi bilgileri görür.
Davetliler
- Davetliler hesap açmadan, çiftin gönderdiği bağlantıyla katılım cevabı verebilir, şarkı önerebilir ve albümlere fotoğraf yükleyebilir.
- Kişisel bir davet bağlantısı yalnızca kendi hanesinin bilgilerini gösterir. Diğer davetlilerin isimleri ve cevapları görünmez.
- Davetlinin verdiği cevaplar, yazdığı ad ve notlar çiftin düğün alanında saklanır. Yüklenen fotoğraflar önce çiftin onayına düşer.
- Bir davetli çifte hediye olarak ek depolama alırsa, çifte gösterilmek üzere yalnızca davetlinin yazdığı ad ve not saklanır.
Fotoğraflar
Fotoğraflar yüklenmeden önce cihazda küçültülür. JPG ve PNG fotoğraflar saklanmadan önce sunucuda konum gibi ek bilgilerden (EXIF, XMP, IPTC) arındırılır; görüntünün kendisi değişmez. HEIC fotoğraflar ve videolar yüklendiği haliyle saklanır ve bu dosyalarda konum bilgisi kalabilir. Nika konum bilgisini uygulamada ve web sayfalarında hiçbir zaman göstermez.
Bir fotoğrafta yer alıyorsan ve kaldırılmasını istiyorsan bize yazabilirsin. İsteği ilgili çiftle birlikte değerlendirip yanıt veririz.
Satın almalar
Ödemeyi Apple (App Store) ya da Google (Google Play) alır. Biz yalnızca Premium ya da ek depolama hakkını doğru düğün alanına bağlamak için işlem numarasını saklarız. Kart bilgin bize hiç ulaşmaz.
Bildirimler
Partnerin bir iş eklediğinde ya da bir davetli cevap verdiğinde haber verebilmek için, izin verirsen cihazının bildirim adresini (Apple ya da Google bildirim anahtarı) saklarız. Görev hatırlatmaları cihazda yerel bildirim olarak kurulur. Bildirimleri telefonunun ayarlarından istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin.
Kullanım ölçümü
Uygulamayı geliştirmek için, kuruluma özel rastgele bir kimlikle hangi ekranların ne kadar kullanıldığını, uygulama sürümünü, cihaz modelini, dil ve bölgeyi sayarız. Bu ölçüm reklam ya da takip için kullanılmaz, başka uygulamalarla birleştirilmez ve düğün içeriğini (isimler, tutarlar, notlar) içermez. Veriler kendi sunucumuzda kalır, üçüncü bir analiz hizmetine gönderilmez.
Nerede saklanıyor
- Veriler Cloudflare altyapısında (veritabanı ve dosya depolama) saklanır ve işlenir. Cloudflare veri merkezleri farklı ülkelerde bulunabilir.
- Bağlantılar şifreli iletilir. Giriş anahtarları ve davet bağlantıları sunucuda yalnızca geri döndürülemez özet olarak tutulur.
- Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresinin geri döndürülemez bir özeti kısa süreli sayaçlarda tutulur ve en geç birkaç gün içinde silinir.

Hesabı silmeden veri silme

- Bir albüm: albüm ekranında menü > Albümü sil. İçindeki fotoğraflar da silinir.
- Davetli, görev, bütçe, not ve diğer kayıtlar: ilgili kaydı açıp Sil ya da listede sola kaydırıp sil.
- Bütün düğün alanı: üstteki isimlere dokunup Biz > Düğün alanını sil. Alan 30 gün sonra fotoğraflarıyla kalıcı olarak silinir; hesabın kalır.
- Uygulamaya ulaşamıyorsan ya da bir fotoğrafta yer alıyorsan merhaba@bamstudio.dev adresine yaz, isteği 30 gün içinde yerine getiririz.
Silme
- Hesabını uygulamada üstteki isimlere dokunup Biz > Hesap > Hesabı sil yolundan silebilirsin. Hesabın, oturumların ve üyeliklerin hemen silinir. Partnerinle paylaştığın alandaki kayıtlar partnerinde kalır ve yazarı "silinmiş kullanıcı" olarak görünür.
- Bir düğün alanının tek yöneticisiysen hesabını sildiğinde alan da silinir. Silinen alan 30 gün boyunca erişilemez halde bekler, sonra fotoğraflarıyla birlikte kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Uygulama içinden silemiyorsan aşağıdaki adrese yazman yeterli.
Çocuklar
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Haklarınız

In short
Nika is a wedding planning app made by Bam Studio. Your plan, budget and guest list are linked to an account and stored on a server so you can share them with your partner. Only members of your wedding space can see this data. There are no ads, your data is never sold, and no third party tracking or advertising SDKs are used.
Account
- Sign in with Apple: we store the anonymous user identifier Apple gives us and your name if you choose to share it.
- Sign in with Google (Android): we store your Google account identifier, name and email address.
- Email and password: we store your email address and an irreversible hash of your password. The password itself is never stored.
You can also use the app on this device only, without an account; your plan is then not sent to the server.
Wedding space
What you enter in the app is stored: tasks, schedule, budget and payments, the guest list (names, household and group, dietary notes), attendance answers, seating, music list, gift records, invitation designs, and photos and videos uploaded to albums.
Who can see what
- Only members of a wedding space can see its data: the couple and the helpers they add. Helpers only see the sections the couple allows. Budget and gift records need a separate permission.
- Guests only see what the couple publishes, such as the invitation, the schedule and their own table.
Guests
- Guests can answer, suggest songs and upload photos to albums through the link the couple sends, without creating an account.
- A personal invitation link only shows that household. Other guests' names and answers are never shown.
- Guest answers, names and notes are stored in the couple's wedding space. Uploaded photos wait for the couple's approval.
- If a guest buys extra storage for the couple as a gift, only the name and note the guest writes are stored, to show to the couple.
Photos
Photos are downsized on the device before upload. JPG and PNG photos are stripped on the server of extra details such as location (EXIF, XMP, IPTC) before storage; the image itself is not changed. HEIC photos and videos are stored as uploaded and may still contain location. Nika never shows location in the app or on web pages.
If you appear in a photo and want it removed, write to us. We will review the request together with the couple and reply.
Purchases
Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) handles payment. We only store the transaction number so Premium or extra storage is linked to the right wedding space. Your card details never reach us.
Notifications
To let you know when your partner adds a task or a guest replies, we store your device's notification address (Apple or Google push token) if you allow notifications. Task reminders are scheduled on the device as local notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone settings.
Usage measurement
To improve the app we count, with a random identifier unique to the installation, which screens are used and for how long, the app version, device model, language and region. This is not used for advertising or tracking, is not combined with other apps, and never includes wedding content (names, amounts, notes). The data stays on our own server and is not sent to any third party analytics service.
Where data is kept
- Data is stored and processed on Cloudflare infrastructure (database and file storage). Cloudflare data centres may be located in different countries.
- Connections are encrypted. Sign in tokens and invitation links are kept on the server only as irreversible hashes.
- To prevent abuse, an irreversible hash of the IP address is kept in short lived counters and deleted within a few days.
What the app never does
- Sell or rent your data
- Share it with advertising or data brokers
- Track your location
- Run advertising or third party tracking SDKs
Deleting data without deleting your account
- A photo or video: Memories > album > photo > Delete. The file is removed from storage right away.
- An album: album screen menu > Delete album. Its photos are deleted too.
- Guests, tasks, budget, notes and other records: open the record and tap Delete, or swipe left in the list.
- The whole wedding space: tap your names at the top, then Us > Delete wedding space. The space and its photos are permanently deleted after 30 days; your account stays.
- If you cannot reach the app or you appear in a photo, write to merhaba@bamstudio.dev and we will complete the request within 30 days.
Deletion
- You can delete your account in the app by tapping your names at the top, then Us > Account > Delete account. Your account, sessions and memberships are deleted right away. Records in a space you share with your partner stay with your partner and show the author as "deleted user".
- If you are the only admin of a wedding space, deleting your account deletes the space too. A deleted space stays inaccessible for 30 days and is then permanently deleted together with its photos.
- If you cannot delete in the app, just write to the address below.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

For access, correction or deletion requests under GDPR or Turkish KVKK, write to the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page and the date above are updated.
